Dechrau'n Deg yw rgalen sydd en wedi'i ariannu gan Llywodraeth Cymru a mae'n targedu plant oed 0-3 a ei teuluoedd sydd yn byw yn rhai aradaloedd o Caerdydd wedi'i ddiffinio gan ei cod post.
Bydd y Cynnig Gofal Plant yn darparu pob rhiant cymywys sydd yn byw yn Caerdydd gyda 30 awr cyfunol gofal plant sydd yn cael ei ariannu gan y Llywodraeth a plant 3 i 4 oed sydd yn cyfnod addysg sylfaenol lan i 48 wythnos pob blwyddyn.
