About us
Our Street Based team work with young people aged 11-25, we work with young people wherever they are; street corners, parks and areas where young people are known to socialise. We offer our services across the city and a variety of interventions which include sign posting and referral to organisations that offer specialist and individual support. We also work with other partners to deliver projects and activities in community settings.
We also offer a youth service bus which is our mobile provision that visits many areas of the city. This offers information, support and guidance, as well as projects and activities that are relevant to young people.
