Whether you’re working with young people day-to-day or are a family friend, if you know someone who needs a boost to develop their confidence and skills, we can work with you to ensure they get the support they need through our Youth Mentoring programme. We believe all young people can achieve their potential with the right opportunities and tailored support that meets their needs.

How to refer
Referring a young person is a simple process. You will need to complete one of the following referral forms, depending on the age of the young person you are referring. If you are making a referral for a young person who is of school age, please complete this referral form: EIP Form/ POST-16 FORM.
